Service Tracking:
It is possible to track service intervals that can be pre-determined by the client on various equipment. The system will calculate the next service date of the equipment and the remaining service time for each equipment will be shown together with color codes to ensure that every equipment is always in good working condition and to reduce the risk of breakdowns.
Digital Pre-Use Inspection Form Management:
This feature allows for the management to monitor the pre-use inspection forms for equipment that are required to be completed by the operator and supervisor before the equipment is used. This feature can help to ensure that the operators are aware of any potential hazards and that the equipment is safe to use.
Warehouse Management:
The system provides a range of tools for warehouse management, including stock management, parts productivity reports, stock level warnings, stock transfers between sites, and supplier management. These features can help optimize inventory management, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Workshop Management:
The system includes breakdown reports and job card management. The breakdown report can only be created by authorized staff members on the digital platform via the mobile app. If there is a failure or a breakdown in the field, the supervisors in the field can inform the workshop about the failure or breakdown status of the equipment. Once accepted, the system creates an automatic job card that keeps track of everything that happens during the repair of the equipment by the technicians.
Budget Calculation:
The budget of any equipment can be easily calculated as we can determine the costs of the parts used for service and repair in the workshop.
